Vegetarian and special diets are important to this environment; people have to be very careful when it comes down to healthy things to eat or drink.

Eating healthy causes bodies to work diligently. Having more energy helps take care of the body, such as eating the right things and stay physically active; fruits and vegetables is really healthy to eat when you want a snack.

“I have been preparing my own meals since the start of the year” says student teacher Brian Smith.  “I eat three meals a day, each including one type of lean meat, one serving of vegetables and one serving of fruit.”

“I eat a avocado apple and water everyday when I get home”, says freshman Grace Rodgers, who serves as an example of healthy eating. Grains and minerals are mostly needed in your system to regulate your body functions.

A person who doesn’t eat meat or other animal product is considered a vegetarian. For most people being a vegetarian is difficult because of not eating meat. Although many might think eating stuff like fried chicken, pork chops, burgers and fries is good food to eat, they are also unhealthy for the body. High blood pressure, insulin resistance and high cholesterol.

“The reason why I’m a vegetarian is because I love animals to much,” says Grace Rodgers.  “We would literally kill them just to eat them.” As many can see, eating the wrong food can affect one’s life later on. Therefore, being a vegetarian and going on special diets is not just about being healthy; diets and hurting animals its more about the environment and if it helps.

If you think being a vegetarian or starting healthy diets great for life or can stop some people from hurting animals then visit sites for more information and spread the word.
